We Are RAC
We are a non-profit Civil Association, dedicated to strengthening organized animal protectionism, through the development of Grupos de Apoyo en la Comunidad (GAC).
These CAGs, in collaboration with national and international institutions, public and private, learn to optimize resources to take action in terms of promotion of sterilizations, adoptions and defense of animal rights.
Strengthening the culture of respect and instilling pro-life values through the active participation of citizens.
We implement massive, permanent and low-cost sterilization days for abandoned dogs and cats, technical training workshops for veterinarians who want to do social work and we spread a culture of respect and love towards domestic fauna, through educational adoption campaigns.
The RAC is not a shelter. Our work model is based on coordinating aid through alliances with communities, municipalities and other related institutions, in order to transform the painful reality of our animals.

The RAC, considers that the abandonment and mistreatment of animals are social problems of serious consequences, that include from the intrafamily violence to the murder. Solving it is everyone's task.
To massify educational and sterilization campaigns, to watch over the penalization of the animal mistreatment, to inculcate the responsible possession of domestic animals and to promote the animal right, are the only ethical and lasting ways to avoid the suffering.
We also have a committed, hardworking and dedicated team to the animals in different cities of the country that day by day, carry out the field work, which allows us to reach more and more animals.
