MISSION

To offer solutions that aim to fight the problem of overpopulation and mistreatment towards the animals, understanding it as a problem of health and public coexistence, promoting the adoptions of rescued and recovered animals of the abandonment, carrying out in a systematic way massive campaigns of sterilization in dogs and cats, as the only method statistically proven, being at the same time efficient, effective, ethical and free of cruelty, to face the street overpopulation. Promoting an educational work that involves the citizens within their communities, being these able to establish links and alliances, with the different institutions willing to cooperate in the solution of the problem, always framed under these guiding principles.

VISION

To become, through the optimization of resources, the pioneer organization in the conceptualization and development of networks of citizens and support groups in collaboration with national and international institutions, willing to take action in terms of promoting adoptions, sterilizations, protection, respect, compliance with laws and defense of animal rights, strengthening the culture of respect and instilling pro-life values through the active participation of citizens. Understanding that the coexistence also must be given between person - domestic animal, under an atmosphere of harmony and respect, thus avoiding problems of public health like the zoonoses and the projection of the violence against the animals that is transferred to other social layers affecting entire collectivities.
