In order to reduce the overpopulation of abandoned animals, the RAC permanently organizes early, comprehensive, systematic and low-cost sterilizations in different areas of the country.

These conferences are held jointly with citizens, making them aware of their ability to have a positive impact on their environment, activating mechanisms of collective responsibility and civic participation.

The RAC Spay and Neuter Fund is the financial engine that has allowed us to offer free sterilizations in the most neglected communities in Venezuela.
